Host/Producer - Frank Lovato Jr Frankie of Norwalk, Ohio is a retired Eclipse Award-winning jockey, creator of the Equicizer, Jockey World, Jockey Camp & Jockey World Radio. Raced professionally for 25 years, retired with 1,686 winners from 15,603 races. Frankie has mentored up and coming jockeys for over 20 years and has a passion to help educate those wanting a career in racing or anyone who wants to learn and have a better understanding of the sport. Frankie is a spokes person & advocate in education, health & safety in the world of horse racing.
Co-Host - Torrie Needham Torrie of Eureka, California is a retired Exercise Rider, Pony rider, and an Assistant Trainer of over 25 years. Has worked at racetracks in California, Arizona, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Kentucky, Illinois & New York. Torrie's work accomplishments include working with top trainers in the country such as, R.L.Wheeler, Laz Barrera, D.Wayne Lukas, Bob Baffert, Tom Amoss, Troy Young, Steve Asmussen, Dallas Keen, Donnie Von Hemel, & Dave Hoffmans.
Assistant Producer - Brittlan Wall Brittlan of Athens, Georgia is currently a student attending the University of Georgia, is a member of the UGA NCAA Equestrian Hunt Seat Team, Current Junior at UGA. Her major is in Sports Management. Her goals include working her way up to have a career in the administrative, commentating, and/or analyst side of the racing industry while also being an exercise rider in the mornings. Brittlan was awarded the Mike Smith Sponsorship for the 2011 Jockey Camp and continues to help support Jockey World & Jockey World Radio with all our projects to help educate others in horse racing.
Jockey World Radio News Correspondent - Kayla Jarvinen Kayla of Grand Blanc, Michigan, is a high school graduate and star member of Jockey World. Kayla is an aspiring jockey to be & the most dedicated and passionate young woman to the future of horse racing. Kayla's attended Jockey Camp the last 4 consecutive years and was awarded the Jockey Camp Student of 2009. Besides her passion to ride, Kayla is an amazing writer and together with her passion, hunger and knowledge of horse racing, she is the perfect fit for our Jockey World News.
Jockey World Health & Wellness Expert - Fred Clemons Fred of Anaheim California, is the general manager and managing partner with Frankie Lovato of Jockey World, holds a master's degree in education as well as a California teaching credential in health science education. Fred has also studied at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Fred often makes guest appearances on Jockey World Radio along with creating pre-recorded "Health Tip of the Week" segments that we will feature during our broadcast along with our "Jockey World Health & Nutrition" videos, forums and other areas of our Jockey World website.
